The purchase price can be paid in advance by remittance in cash or by bank transfer, or can be paid cash on delivery on receipt of the goods. Payment on receipt of invoice, by direct debit, or by credit card is currently not yet possible. | |

If customs or import duties are levied, these charges will also be borne by you. Starlit Germany GmbH has no influence on these charges and therefore is unable to say in advance what they will be. You can find more detailed information at your local customs office. Starlit Germany GmbH would like to point out to customers that as importers they have to observe the relevant regulations of their country.

The minimum order value for dispatch to all countries appearing on the list of countries is 15 Euros. We regret that we are currently unable to make deliveries to countries that are not on the list. | |
Provided the minimum order value (15 Euros) is adhered to, Starlit Germany GmbH does not charge any delivery and dispatch costs for deliveries within Germany (except for island deliveries) and Switzerland, when payment is made in advance. You can find the delivery charges for orders from outside Germany and Switzerland in the table below. We regret that deliveries can currently not be made to countries that are not on the list. Deliveries with payment by cash on delivery are only possible within Germany, and Deutsche Post AG charges a payment form fee of 2 Euros in addition to the amount shown on the invoice.

Starlit Germany GmbH dispatches goods that are well packed in secure boxes filled with foam material. In addition, it uses only padded envelopes to ensure safe delivery. You do not have to pay any extra charges for all these services! | |

Even inside Germany, deliveries can take up to five days to arrive. Normal delivery time varies considerably from one country to another. We therefore ask you to send us an e-mail if you want to know the likely delivery time for a particular country, and we will reply to you individually. If you want your goods to be sent by express delivery, you can find the normal delivery times here. However, please note that information about delivery times is basically non-binding, and Starlit Germany GmbH cannot influence them in any way. | |
Goods sent by standard delivery are normally dispatched by Starlit Germany GmbH on working days (Monday to Friday) within 48 hours after it has accepted an order and established that it has received the full price. If the "cash on delivery" form of delivery is chosen (this option is only possible for deliveries within Germany), the goods are normally dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday) within 48 hours after the order has been accepted. | |
Depending on the country delivered to and the value of the order, all orders are sent by Hermes Paketversand or Deutsche Post AG. | |
When placing your order you have the opportunity to give a different address for delivery, if for example you cannot be reached at your home address during the daytime. | |
Depending on the form of delivery and the individual sending agency, delivery can take place during the day (Monday to Saturday) between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. | |
In accordance with the current delivery conditions of the individual sending agencies, up to three attempts will be made to try and find you at your home address (or at the delivery address). If necessary, you will be informed of this by a message left in your letterbox. If the third attempt to deliver the goods to you is unsuccessful, the delivery will be sent back to us. If a new attempt is made to deliver the goods after this, we will make a flat-rate charge of 10 Euros to compensate for our expenses. As an alternative, your order can also be left for you by the sending agency at your neighbour's or at the local post office. In such cases you will also be informed by the authorised sending agency by means of a message left in your letterbox.
We would therefore like to draw your attention to the possibility we offer of delivering to an alternative delivery address!!!
